Context
The challenge
StudyRoutes & Careers helps people make big decisions: what to study, which career to pursue, and how to study or work abroad. That guidance was happening over calls, email and spreadsheets, which capped how many people the team could help.
What we did
Our approach
We designed the platform around the client journey, from first enquiry through consultation to application and travel, and built it as a web app with consultation booking, a resource library and the workflows the team runs on. A small senior team worked closely with their people, shipped in small increments, and handed over a codebase and documentation their team can maintain.

Result
The outcome
Prospective students explore their options and book a consultation directly on the site. The team's process, from enquiry to enrolment, now lives in one place.
