Who we are
Solidslate Global Services Ltd. (company registration 1839817) operates this website and is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact us at hello@solidslategroups.com with any privacy question or request.
What we collect
Information you send us: when you use a form, email us, or submit your details through the VUX assistant, we receive your name, email address, company and the content of your message.
Assistant conversations: the VUX chat assistant runs in your browser. Your conversation is stored only on your device and is not sent to us unless you choose to share your details through it.
Usage data: basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how pages are used, such as page views and referrers. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
Client engagement data: if you become a client, we process the data needed to deliver the work, under the terms of our engagement agreement.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, to scope and deliver an engagement.
To operate and improve the website.
To meet legal, accounting and security obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Legal basis
We rely on legitimate interests to respond to enquiries and run the site, on contract to deliver services, and on legal obligation where the law requires us to keep records.
Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate (for example, email and hosting), each bound by a data processing agreement, and where required by law. Engagement data is shared only as your engagement agreement allows.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months unless it becomes part of a client relationship. Client data is kept for the duration of the engagement and the period required for legal and accounting purposes, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise a right, email hello@solidslategroups.com. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
International transfers
We are a distributed company and some providers are outside your country. Where data is transferred internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted here with a revised date. This is a template that should be reviewed by legal counsel before it is relied upon.
