Service

GovTech

Public services carry weight. They have to work for everyone, stay available under load, protect sensitive data and be maintainable by the institution long after launch. We build government portals, digital service delivery, operational and workflow systems and the information systems that connect them, designed for the realities of public-sector delivery.

  • Accessible to everyone
  • Secure and auditable
  • Built to be maintained

WCAG 2.2 AA

Accessibility standard we design and build to

RBAC

Role-based access control on every record and action

Full audit

Every state change logged and attributable

What you get

Outcomes, not activity

Every engagement is measured against these. If we are not moving them, we are not doing our job.

Services citizens can complete

Clear, accessible digital journeys that work on any device and low bandwidth, so people are not forced into an office queue.

Operations you can see

Workflow and case-management systems that give staff and leadership a single, current view of what is happening.

A platform the institution owns

Documented, standards-aligned and handed over, so it can be run and extended without a permanent dependency on us.

What we do

GovTech capabilities

Government Portals

Citizen and business-facing portals for applications, payments, licensing, records and status tracking.

Command-and-control Systems

Operations dashboards for coordinating people, assets and incidents in real time, for agencies that run services on the ground.

Public-sector Workflow Systems

Case management, approvals, routing and audit trails that move a request from submission to resolution.

Digital Service Delivery

Turning a paper or counter process into an end-to-end online service, measured on completion rate, not page views.

Data and Information Systems

Registries, records systems and the integrations that let departments share data safely rather than re-key it.

How we work

Our approach to govtech

The practices that make the outcomes above repeatable rather than lucky.

Standards-aligned

Accessibility, security and data-protection standards are designed in from the first wireframe, not audited in at the end.

Designed for the Frontline

We involve the caseworkers, agents and citizens who will use the system, and design around how the work actually happens.

Resilient by Default

The system degrades gracefully, works offline where field staff need it, and has a tested recovery plan.

Institutional Handover

Documentation, training and a support taper, so the institution's own team can operate and evolve the platform.

Engagement models

How we work together

Pick the shape that fits the work. We will tell you if you have picked the wrong one.

Embedded team

A cross-functional squad that plugs into your organisation, joins your standups and owns a slice of the roadmap. Best when the work is ongoing.

Fixed-scope project

A defined outcome, a fixed budget and a firm date. Best for a launch, a rebuild or a well-understood piece of work.

Advisory and audit

A senior review of architecture, delivery or a specific decision, with a written report and a prioritised action list. Best when you need direction fast.

FAQ

GovTech FAQ

Do you only work with central government?

No. We work with agencies, regulators, local government, public institutions and public-sector programmes.

How do you handle data protection and residency?

We design for it: encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and deployment in the environment and region the mandate requires, including in-country cloud or on-premise.

Can you integrate with our existing systems?

Usually. We build documented integration layers to existing registries, identity systems and departmental databases rather than replacing everything at once.

What about maintenance after launch?

We hand over to your team with documentation and training, and can provide a defined support window that reduces over time.

Have a govtech problem worth solving?

Tell us what you're working on. We come back within two business days with a point of view and next steps.
